Microsoft joins Mobius to help channel partners learn how to
enhance value delivered to customers while building a repeatable
services business
Rye, NY - March 21, 2007 - Mobius Management Systems, Inc.
(Nasdaq: MOBI), a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for
enterprise archiving and records management, will host a Webcast
that will help Microsoft channel partners learn how to efficiently
and cost effectively develop and implement applications that
seamlessly access any enterprise content from the Microsoft
SharePoint user interface. The one-hour Webcast, "Seamless
Access to Enterprise Content via Microsoft SharePoint," will be
held Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 2:00pm EDT. (Register at https://events.livemeeting.com/mobius032907reg.htm.)
Featured speaker Norm Thomas, Microsoft director of partner
business development, will discuss how integration of Microsoft and
Mobius technologies empowers organizations to efficiently and
cost-effectively create, manage, store, and retrieve any kind of
information in any repository
"In most organizations, electronically stored information is
scattered in different repositories on different platforms," said
Jim Biggs, Mobius vice president of channel sales. "This
Webcast will show Microsoft channel partners how the integration of
Mobius and Microsoft technologies delivers a best-in-class solution
for managing and sharing content, enforcing records retention
policies and improving business processes across the
organization."
Integration of Mobius's Total Content Integrator (TCI) with
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 gives users of SharePoint
the ability to access all information stored in Mobius
repositories, in SharePoint technology repositories and in any
other repository, database, or file system in the enterprise.
TCI, the premier solution for connecting any content source with
any content user or application, addresses vital issues for
solutions and services providers: the operational inefficiencies,
erratic customer service quality and rising costs of using multiple
proprietary tools and programming custom interfaces to integrate
content with applications. TCI expands revenue generation and
reduces the risks and costs of integrating content.
The Webcast will provide examples of how independent software
vendors (ISV's), resellers and system integrators can deliver
applications-loan processing, accounts payable, insurance claims
processing, enterprise portals and more-that dynamically and
securely access any information in the enterprise via the
SharePoint interface.
